You need to accept the terms-and-conditions in order to download. Download will start immediately upon acceptance, without further notification, so be looking for it.

Once upon a time I sold products on my website - what a pain. A surprising number of people considered me an adversary, whined, demanded, insulted, and otherwise seemed unappreciative of the fact that I was selling them stuff I had worked hundreds if not thousands of hours on for dirt cheap (do you know who you are?).

So, now I offer the fruits of my labor free of charge - with some strings attached. The strings are:

1. You don't sell my stuff.
2. You don't give it away either - if you know someone who wants something, then direct them to my website.
3. If you modify stuff you got from me, you leave things in that indicate I am the original author.
4. If you think I'm worthy - you refer me to people (or vice versa) who may be able to hire me for software development work.
5. That you allow me to contact you via email and/or phone, which I will do seldom if at all.
6. That you assume all risk for any problems that are caused by, or you think have been caused by the use of something you have downloaded from my website.
7. That you don't hound me too much for support (I'm happy to help some, when you are willing to work with me on it...)
8. That you report bugs when you encounter them.
9. That you consider donating to me for things you have found worthwhile.

If these conditions are acceptable then you can download stuff.

If these conditions are not acceptable, please do not pretend like they are.

I accept each and every condition completely.      I do not accept.

PS - If you keep getting a cfm file instead of a zip file, try turning off your download manager (e.g. iGetter).
