If you are having a problem using a product, first make sure you are running the latest version, since bugs are fixed and enhancements are made on a regular basis. Assuming you are running the latest version, its a good idea to familiarize yourself with the documentation that accompanies the product. Everyone involved will appreciate it if you refrain from diving into the forums or emailing me regarding issues that could be resolved by reading the documentation. Assuming you have familiarized yourself with the product documentation and are still having a problem, consult the forums, where there are a wide variety of tips and solutions, offered by both users and developers.
Whether you've solved your problem or not, I would love to hear from anyone who has used a product I have created to know what they think of it, and to help with any problems they are still having, or honor suggestions.
